का.आ. 2714(अ) .-केन्द्रीय मोटर यान ( संशोधन ) नियम , 1989 के नियम 124 के उप - नियम ( 1 ) के साथ पठित मोटर यान अधिनियम , 1988 ( 1988 का 59 ) की धारा 109 की उप - धारा ( 3 ) और धारा 110 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के खंड ( ट ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण, भाग II , खंड 3 , उप - खण्ड ( ii ) में प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के तत्कालीन पोत परिवहन , सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय ( सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग विभाग ) की अधिसूचना संख्यांक का.आ. 1365 ( अ ) , तारीख 13 दिसम्बर, 2004 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्ः-
उक्त अधिसूचना की सारणी में,
(क) क्रम संख्यांक 38 में मद ( ख ) और इससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात्, निम्नलिखित अंतःस्थापित किया जाएगा , अर्थात्ः-
समय -समय पर यथासंशोधित एआईएसः
" ( ग) एम 2 , एम 3 , एन 1 , एन 2 नए माडलों के लिए 1 अप्रैल , 2012 और
और एन 3 वर्ग के आटोमोटिव यानों 047-2009 विद्यमान माडॅलों के लिए 1 अप्रैल , 20131 " ;
पर आंतरिक फिटिंग्स ।
(ख ) क्रम संख्यांक 45 और इससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात्, निम्नलिखित जोड़ा जाएगा , अर्थात्ः-
"46 (क) मोटर यान के एम 1 प्रवर्ग के लिए समय - समय पर यथासंशोधित एआईएसः नए माडलों के लिए 1 अप्रैल , 2011
विकुहासा पद्धति की अपेक्षाएं । 84 ( भाग 1 ) -2008 और विद्यमान मॉडलों के लिए
1 अप्रैल , 2012 ।
समय - समय पर यथासंशोधित एआईएसः
84( भाग 2 ) -2008
(ख ) मोटर यान के एम 1 वर्ग के लिए वितुषारण पद्धति की अपेक्षाएं , यदि वह लगा है ।
नए माडलों के लिए 1 अप्रैल , 2011 और विद्यमान मॉडलों के लिए 1 अप्रैल , 2012 । "

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 4th November , 2010
S.O. 2714 (E ) .- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (3 ) of Section 109 and clause (k) of sub - section ( 1) ofSection 110 of the Motor Vehicles Act , 1988 (59 of 1988 ) , read with sub - rule ( 1 ) of rule 124 of the Central Motor Vehicles Rules , 1989 , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Shipping, Road Transport and Highways ( Department of Road Transport and Highways ) number S.O. 1365 (E ) , dated the 13th December , 2004 , published in Part II , Section 3 , Sub - section ( ii ) of the Gazette of India, Extraordinary , namely:-
In the said notification , in the Table ,-
(a) in Sl . No. 38 , after item (b) and the entries relating thereto , the following shall be inserted , namely :-
AIS: 047-2009 as amended from time to
time.
"(C) The interior fittings on auto- motive vehicles of M2 , M3 , N1 , N2 and N3 categories .
1st April , 2012 for new models and 1st April , 2013 for existing models . " ;
(b) after Sl . No. 45 and the entries relating, thereto , tthe following shall be added , namely :--
"46 .
AIS : 84 (Part 1) -2008 , as amended from time to time .
(a) Requirements of demisting systems for M1 category of motor vehicles .
1st April , 2011 for new models and 1st April , 2012 for existing models .
AIS: 84 (Part 2)-2008 , as amended from time to time .
(b) Requirements of defrosting systems in M1 category of motor vehicles , if fitted with .
1st April, 2011 for new models and 1stApril , 2012 for existing models . " .
