CORRIGENDUM/AMENDMENT NOTIFICATION

S.O. 2740( E) .-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 3A of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in Ministry of Road Transport and Highways , number S.O.1835 (E ) , dated the 27th July, 2010, published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 , Sub - section ( ii) , dated the 27th July, 2010, namely :-
In the Schedule to the said notification against District | Belgaum,-
(a) against Taluk " 1. Khanapur " , against Village " ( 10 ) Sawargali " Survey numbers "311 to 309" in Column ( 5) and the entries relating thereto in column (6) , (7) and (8) ' shall be omitted;
(b) against Taluk " 2. Belgaum " , against Village "Desir " after Survey number " 310 " in column (5) and the entries relating thereto in columns ( 6) , (7) and (8 ) ' , the following Survey numbers and entries shall be inserted, namely:---

Any person interested in the land mentioned in this notification may within twenty one days from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette , object to the use to such land for the purpose mentioned in the principal notification under sub - section ( 1) of Section 3C of the Act.
