सं. एस -16014/ 55 / 2004-एल. डब्ल्यू, ठेका श्रम ( विनियमन एवं उत्सादन ) अधिनियम , 1970 की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय ठेका श्रम सलाहकार बोर्ड एतद्वारा यह निदेश देता है कि भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण , भाग I , खंड 1 में दिनांक 27 जुलाई , 2008 को प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के श्रम और रोजगार मंत्रालय के दिनांक 7-7-2008 के समसंख्यक संकल्प में निम्नलिखित संशोधन किये जाएंगे , अर्थात्:-
उक्त संकल्प में पैरा 2 में क्रम संख्या ( 1 ) तथा उनसे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के लिए निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियाँ प्रतिस्थापित की जाएंगी , अर्थात्:-

No. S- 16014/55 / 2004 - LW .-In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition ) Act, 1970 , the Central Advisory Contract Labour Board hereby directs that the following amendments shall be made in the Resolution of even number dated 7-7-2008 the Government of India, Ministry of Labour and Employment published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary Part I, Section 1, dated 27th July, 2008, namely :- In the said Resolution for serial number ( 1 ) in para 2 and the entries relating thereto , the following shall be substituted, namely : --
