नई दिल्ली , 1 नवम्बर , 2010 सं. 7/1 /2009-डीआरटी. बैंकों एवं वित्तीय संस्थाओं को शोध्य ऋणों की वसूली अधिनियम, 1993 ( 1993 का 51 ) की धारा 6 के साथ पठित धारा 4 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार , एतद्वाणा श्री प्रमोद कुमार गुप्ता को दिनांक 13 अक्तूबर, 2010 ( पूर्वाह ) से पांच बर्ष की अवधि के लिए अथवा उनके 62 वर्ष की आयु प्राप्त करने तक , जो भी पहली हो, ऋण वसूली अधिकरण , कटक के पीठासीन अधिकारी के रूप में नियुक्तकरती है।

No. 7/ 1 /2009 - DRT. In exercise of the powers conferredby sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 4 read with Section 6 of the Recovery of Debts due to Banks and Financial Institutions Act , 1993 (51 of 1993) , the Central Government has appointed Shri Pramod Kumar Gupta as Presiding Officer of Debts Recovery Tribunal , Cuttack , for a period of five years with effect from 13th October , 2010 (F. N.) or till he attains the age of 62 years , whichever is earlier .
