का.आ. 2754(अ). भारत सरकार के सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 1092 ( अ ) , तारीख 14 मई , 2010 और का. आ. 1712 ( अ ) , तारीख 19 जुलाई , 2010 , जो भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप- खण्ड ( ii ) में , क्रमशः तारीख 14 मई , 2010 और 19 जुलाई , 2010 को प्रकाशित की गई थीं , में :-
" और सक्षम प्राधिकारी को किसी व्यक्ति से कोई आक्षेप प्राप्त नही हुए हैं ; " के लिए
" और आक्षेप प्राप्त हुए थे और सक्षम प्राधिकारी ने उन पर विचार कर लिया है और आक्षेपों को अननुज्ञात कर दिया है " पढ़ें ।

In the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways , numbers S.O. 1092 ( E ) , dated the 14th May , 2010 and S.O. 1712 ( E) , dated the 19th July , 2010 , published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary , Part II , Section 3 , Sub - section ( ii ) , dated the 14th May , 2010 and the 19th July, 2010 , respectively : ----
for "And whereas no objection has been received from any person by the competent authority" ,
read " And whereas objections have been received and the same have been considered and disallowed by the competent authority , "
