का.आ. 2764(अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार , भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग प्राधिकरण अधिनियम , 1988 ( 1988 का 68 ) की धारा 11 के अधीन जारी भारत सरकार के सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्यांक का.आ. 465 ( अ ) , तारीख 26 अप्रैल 2002 , द्वारा गुजरात राज्य में राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग सं. 8अ के 183.500 कि.मी. से 362.160 कि.मी. भूखंड ( बामनबोर से समाख्याली से गांधीधाम सेक्शन ) को भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग प्राधिकरण ( जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् प्राधिकरण कहा गया है ) को सौंपा था;
अतः , अब , केन्द्रीय सरकार , राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग फीस ( दरों का निर्धारण और संग्रहण ) नियम , 2008 के साथ पठित राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 7 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , गुजरात राज्य में राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या 8 अ के गारमोर- समाख्याली सेक्शन 254.000 कि.मी. से 306.000 कि.मी. ( नया चैनेज 254.537 कि.मी. से 307.034 कि.मी. ) ( कुल लम्बाई 52.497 कि.मी. ) तक के उपयोग के लिए नीचे की सारणी के स्तंभ ( 2 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट यानों के प्रकार पर उसके स्तंभ ( 3 ) , ( 4 ) , ( 5 ) और ( 6 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट दरों पर फीस उद्गृहीत करेगी और प्राधिकरण को शासकीय तौर पर या ठेकेदारों के माध्यम से , उक्त फीस का संग्रहण करने के लिए प्राधिकृत करती है, अर्थात्:-

New Delhi , the 9th November, 2010
S.O. 2764(E) .- Whereas , vide notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways , number S.O. 465 (E) , dated the 26th April, 2002, issued under Section 11 of the National Highways Authority of India Act , 1988 (68 of 1988 ) , the Central Government entrusted the stretch from km . 183.500 to km . 362.160 (Bamanbore to Samakhiyali to Gandhidham Section) of National Highway No. 8A in the State of Gujarat to the National Highways Authority of India (hereinafter referred to as the Authority);
Now, therefore, in exercise ofthe powers conferred by Section 7 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), read with the National Highways Fee (Determination of Rates and Collection) Rules , 2008 , the Central Government hereby levies the fee at the rates specified in columns (3 ) , (4) , (5) and (6) of the following Table , on the type of vehicles specified in column (2) thereof, for the use of the Garamore - Samakhiyali Section from km . 254.000 to km . 306.000 (new chainage km. 254.537 to km . 307.034) (total length being 52.497 km. ) ofNational Highway No. 8A in the State ofGujarat and authorises the Authority to collect either through its officials or through a contractor, the said fee , namely : -
