सा.का.नि. 904(अ ). शस्त्र अधिनियम , 1959 ( 1959 का 54 ) की धारा 43 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा दिनांक 15 फरवरी , 2010 की सं. सा.का. नि. 77 ( अ ) और दिनांक 5 मई , 2010 की सं. सा. का. नि. 378 ( अ ) के तहत भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप - खण्ड ( i ) में प्रकाशित भारत सरकार , गृह मंत्रालय की अधिसूचनाओं के अधिक्रमण में , ऐसे अधिक्रमण से पूर्व की गई अथवा किए जाने से लोप की गई बातों को छोड़कर, केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा निदेश देती है कि के.अ.सै. बलों में सहायक कमांडेंट और उससे ऊपर के रैंक के अधिकारी तथा उप - निरीक्षक और उससे ऊपर के रैंक के अधीनस्थ अधिकारी सभी क्षेत्रों में, जहां उन्हें तैनात किया जाए अथवा ड्यूटी का निर्वहन करने के लिए बुलाया जाए , शस्त्र अधिनियम , 1959 ( 1959 का 54 ) की धारा 24 के अंतर्गत केन्द्र सरकार को प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करेंगे ।
2. इस अधिसूचना में " केन्द्रीय अर्ध सैनिक बलों " से तात्पर्य निम्न से है : -
( 1 ) केन्द्रीय रिजर्व पुलिस बल अधिनियम , 1949 ( 1949 का66 ) की धारा 3 के अंतर्गत गठित केन्द्रीय रिजर्व पुलिस बल;
(2 ) सीमा सुरक्षा बल अधिनियम , 1968 ( 1968 का 47 ) की धारा 4 के अंतर्गत गठित सीमा सुरक्षा बल;
( 3 ) केन्द्रीय औद्योगिक सुरक्षा बल अधिनियम , 1968 ( 1968 का 50 ) की धारा 3 के अंतर्गत गठित केन्द्रीय औद्योगिक सुरक्षा बल;
(4 ) राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा गारद अधिनियम , 1986 ( 1986 का 47 ) की धारा 4 के अंतर्गत गठित राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा गारद;
( 5 ) भारत - तिब्बत सीमा पुलिस अधिनियम , 1992 ( 1992 का 35 ) की धारा 4 के अंतर्गत गठित भारत- तिब्बत सीमा पुलिस बल;
(6 ) असम रायफल्स अधिनियम , 2006 ( 2006 का 47 ) की धारा 4 के अंतर्गत गठित असम रायफल्स; और ( 7 ) सशस्त्र सीमा बल अधिनियम , 2007 ( 2007 का 53 ) की धारा 4 के अंतर्गत गठित सशस्त्र सीमा बल ।
3. यह अधिसूचना सरकारी राजपत्र में इसके प्रकाशन की तारीख को और से प्रवृत्त होगी ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 11th November , 2010
G.S.R. 904(E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 43 of the Arms Act, 1959 (54 of 1959 ), and in supersession of the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Home Affairs published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary , Part II , Section 3 , Sub - section ( i ) vide number G.S.R. 77 (E ) , dated the 15th February, 2010 and number G.S.R 378 (E ) , dated the 5th May, 2010, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession , the Central Government hereby directs that the officers of the rank of Assistant Commandant and above and the subordinate officers of the rank of Sub - Inspector and above in the Central Para Military Forces shall exercise the powers conferred on the Central Government under Section 24 of the Arms Act , 1959 ( 54 of 1959) in all the areas where they are deployed or called upon to perform any duty .
2. In this notification , " Central Para Military Forces " means-
(i) the Central Reserve Police Force constituted under Section 3 of the Central Reserve Police Force Act , 1949 (66 of1949);
(ii) the Border Security Force constituted under Section 4 of the Border Security Force Act , 1968 (47 of 1968 ) ;
(iii) the Central Industrial Security Force constituted under Section 3 of the Central Industrial Security Force Act, 1968 (50 of 1968 ) ;
(iv) the National Security Guard constituted under Section 4 of the National Security Guard Act , 1986 ( 47 of 1986);
(v) the Indo - Tibetan Border Police Force constituted under Section 4 of the Indo - Tibetan Border Police Force Act, 1992 (35 of 1992) ;
(vi) the Assam Rifles constituted under Section 4 of the Assam Rifles Act , 2006 ( 47 of 2006 ) ; and (vii) the Sashastra Seema Bal constituted under Section 4 of the Sashastra Seema Bal Act, 2007 ( 53 of 2007 ) .
3. This Notification shall come into force on and from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette .

2. इस अधिसूचना में " केन्द्रीय अर्ध सैनिक बलों " से तात्पर्य निम्न से है : -
( 1 ) केन्द्रीय रिजर्व पुलिस बल अधिनियम , 1949 ( 1949 का 66 ) की धारा 3 के अंतर्गत गठित केन्द्रीय रिजर्व पुलिस बल ;

NOTIFICATION

G.S.R. 905 (E ).-- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 19 , sub- section (2 ) of Section 22 and Section 23 of the Arms Act , 1959 ( 54 of 1959 ) , the Central Government hereby empowers the officers of the rank of Assistant Commandant and above and the Subordinate officers of the rank of Sub - Inspector and above in the Central Para Military Forces to exercise the powers and perform the duties conferred under Section 19, sub - section (2 ) of Section 22 and Section 23 of the Arms Act , 1959 (54 of 1959) in all the areas where they are deployed or called upon to perform any duty .
