का.आ. 2778(अ).-पशुओं के प्रति क्रूरता निवारण अधिनियम , 1960 ( 1960 का 59 ) के उप - खण्ड 15 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा पर्यावरण एवं वन मंत्रालय में भारत सरकार की दिनांक 19 अक्तूबर , 2006 की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 1817 ( अ ) में सरकारी राजपत्र में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है जो इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशित होने की तिथि से लागू होगा :-
2. उक्त अधिसूचना में, पैरा सं. 4 को निम्नवत प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा :-
" समिति का कार्यकाल , जब तक पहले भंग न कर दी जाए, 18-10-2011 तक होगा । "

इस समिति के गठन की अधिसूचना दिनांक10-1-2003 के का. आ. 32 ( अ ) द्वारा भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित की गई थी जिसमें बाद में संशोधन संख्या का.आ. 599 ( अ) दिनांक 26-5-2003 ; का.आ. 955 (अ ) दिनांक 21-8-2003; का. आ. 69( अ) दिनांक 15-1-2004; का.आ. 85 ( अ ) दिनांक 25-1-2005; का.आ. 1817 ( अ) दिनांक 19-10-2006; का.आ. 1328 ( अ ) दिनांक 7-6-2010 द्वारा किए गए ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 10th November , 2010
S.O. 2778 ( E ) .---In exercise ofthe powers conferred by sub - section 15 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960 (59 of 1960 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification ofthe Government of India in the Ministry of Environment and Forests Number S.O. 1817 ( E) dated 19th October , 2006 with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette , namely :-
2. In the said notification, the para No. 4 shall be replaced as under :--
"The term of the Committee shall , unless sooner dissolved, be up to 18-10-2011 . "
