का.आ. 2780(अ).केन्द्रीय सरकार पर्यावरण ( संरक्षण ) अधिनियम , 1986 ( 1986 का 29 ) की धारा 3 की उप - धारा ( 3 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार के पर्यावरण और वन मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्यांक का.आ. 49 ( अ ) , तारीख 8 जनवरी , 2008 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
2. उक्त अधिसूचना के पैरा 1 में , क्रम संख्या 1 , क्रम संख्या 2 और क्रम संख्या 3 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर क्रमशः निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्यांक और प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी , अर्थात्:-

S.O. 2780 (E ) .- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 3 ) of Section 3 of the Environment ( Protection) Act , 1986 (29 of 1986 ) the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India , Ministry of Environment and Forests , No. S.O. 49 (E ), dated the 8th January , 2008 , namely:----
2. In the said notification , in paragraph 1 , against serial numbers 1 , 2 and 3 and the entries relating thereto , the following serial numbers and entries shall respectively be substituted , namely: -
