का.आ. 2783(अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार ने , भारत सरकार के श्रम और रोजगार मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं . का.आ. 647 ( अ ) , तारीख 4 मई , 2006 द्वारा कर्नाटक राज्य के लिए बीड़ी कर्मकार कल्याण निधि के लिए सलाहकार समिति का गठन तीन वर्ष की अवधि के लिए किया था;
और, उक्त समिति की अवधि 3 मई, 2009 को समाप्त हो गई है ; और , केन्द्रीय सरकार का दृष्टिकोण है कि ऐसी समिति को पुनर्गठित किया जाना चाहिए;
अतः , अब , केन्द्रीय सरकार , बीड़ी कर्मकार कल्याण निधि नियम , 1978 के नियम 3 के उप- नियम ( 2 ) और नियम 4 तथा नियम 16 के साथ पठित बीड़ी कर्मकार कल्याण निधि अधिनियम , 1976 ( 1976 का 62 ) की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , उन बातों के सिवाय अधिक्रांत करते हुए जिन्हें ऐसे अधिक्रमण से पूर्व किया गया है या किए जाने का लोप किया गया है, भारत सरकार के श्रम और रोजगार मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 647 ( अ ) तारीख 4 मई , 2006 में कर्नाटक राज्य के लिए बीड़ी कर्मकार कल्याण निधि के लिए सलाहकार समिति का पुनर्गठन करती है और राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से तीन वर्ष के लिए उक्त समिति में निम्नलिखित व्यक्तियों को, नियुक्त करती है , अर्थात्:-
अध्यक्ष (1) श्रम मंत्री , कर्नाटक सरकार , बंगलौर ।
(2 ) कल्याण आयुक्त, उपाध्यक्ष भारत सरकार , श्रम कल्याण संगठन , (पदेन) बंगलौर ।

New Delhi , the 15th November , 2010
S.O. 2783 ( E ) .- Whereas , by a notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour and Employment number S.O. 647 (E ) , dated the 4th May , 2006 , the Central Government constituted an Advisory Committee for Beedi Workers Welfare Fund for the State ofKarnataka , for a period of three years ;
And , whereas , the term of the said Committee has since expired on 3rd May , 2009 ;
And , whereas , the Central Government is of the view that such a Committee must be reconstituted;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Beedi Workers Welfare Fund Act , 1976 (62 of1976) , read with sub - rule (2 ) of rule 3 , rule 4 and rule 16 of the Beedi Workers Welfare Fund Rules , 1978 and in supersession ofthe notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour and Employment number S.O. 647 (E ) , dated the 4th May , 2006 , except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession , the Central Government hereby reconstitutes an Advisory Committee for Beedi Workers Welfare Fund for the State of Karnataka and appoints the following persons to the said Committee for a period of three years from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette , namely :-
