फा.सं.एल.ए.डी. एन . आर.ओ./जी.एन. /2010- 11 / 20 / 26544.- भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड, इंटर - कनेक्टेड स्टॉक एक्सचेंज ऑफ इंडिया लिमिटेड , जिसका अपना रजिस्ट्रीकृत कार्यालय इंटरनेशनल इन्फोटेक पार्क , टॉवर 7 , 5वीं मंज़िल, सेक्टर 30 , वाशी , नवी मुंबई -400703 में स्थित है द्वारा प्रतिभूति संविदा ( विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1956 की धारा 3 के अधीन किए गए मान्यता के नवीकरण के लिए आवेदन पर विचार करते हुए और यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि यह व्यापार के हित में होगा और ऐसा करना लोकहित में भी होगा , एतद्वारा , प्रतिभूति संविदा ( विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1956 की धारा 4 के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, उक्त एक्सचेंज को मान्यता का नवीकरण उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 4 के अधीन 18 नवम्बर, 2010 को प्रांरभ होने वाली और 17 नवम्बर , 2011 को समाप्त होने वाली एक वर्ष की कालावधि के लिए प्रतिभूतियों में संविदाओं की बाबत इसमें नीचे कथित शर्तों अथवा जो इसके पश्चात् विहित या अधिरोपित की जायें के अध्यधीन प्रदान करता है :
एक्सचेंज भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड द्वारा अधिरोपित सभी विनियामक अपेक्षाओं का अनुपालन करने के पश्चात् ही प्रतिभूतियों में व्यापार आरंभ कर सकता है ।

Securities and Exchange Board of India, having considered the application for renewal of recognition made under Section 3 of the Securities Contracts ( Regulation) Act , 1956 by Inter - connected Stock Exchange of India Limited having its registered office at International Infotech Park , Tower 7 , 5thFloor , Sector 30 , Vashi , Navi Mumbai -400703 and being satisfied that it would be in the interest of the trade and also in the public interest so to do , hereby grants , in exercise ofthe powers conferred under Section 4 of the Securities Contracts ( Regulation) Act , 1956 , renewal of recognition to the said Exchange under Section 4 of the said Act for a period of one year commencing on the 18th day of November , 2010 and ending on 17th day of November , 2011 in respect of contracts in securities subject to the conditions stated herein below or as prescribed or imposed hereafter:
The Exchange can commence trading in securities
only after complying with all the regulatory requirements imposed by the Securities and Exchange Board of India .
