सा.का.नि. 913(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, नोटेरी अधिनियम , 1952 ( 1952 का 53 ) की धारा 15 के अधीन बनाए गए नोटेरी नियम , 1956 के नियम 4 के उप - नियम ( 1 ) के अनुसरण में और भारत सरकार के विधि और न्याय मंत्रालय ( विधि कार्य विभाग ) की अधिसूचना संख्यांक सा. का. नि. 852 (अ ) , तारीख 2 दिसम्बर, 2009 को अधिक्रांत करते हुए , श्री बलबीर सिंह , सहायक विधि सलाहकार, भारत सरकार , विधि कार्य विभाग , विधि और न्याय मंत्रालय को केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा नियुक्त किए जाने वाले नोटरियों के संबंध में उक्त नियमों के प्रयोजनों के लिए अधिकारी के रूप में पदाभिहित करती है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 15th November , 2010
G.S.R. 913 ( E ) . In pursuance of sub - rule ( 1 ) of rule 4 of the Notaries Rules , 1956 made under Section 15 of the Notaries Act, 1952 ( 53 of 1952 ) and in supersession of the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Law and Justice (Department of Legal Affairs ) number G.S.R. 852 (E ) , dated the 2nd December , 2009 , the Central Government hereby designates Sh . Balbir Singh , Assistant Legal Adviser to the Government of India , in the Department of Legal Affairs , Ministry of Law and Justice as the officer for the purposes of the said rules in relation to notaries to be appointed by the Central Government .
2. This notification shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
