का.आ. 2788(अ).-राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3 के खण्ड (क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्र सरकार , यहां संलग्न अनुसूची के कॉलम ( 2 ) में उल्लिखित अधिकारियों को इस अधिसूचना के शासकीय राजपत्र में प्रकाशित होने की तारीख से मध्य प्रदेश राज्य में राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग -75 के निर्माण ( पेव्ड शोल्डर सहित दो लेन बनाए जाने ) , अनुरक्षण , प्रबंधन एवं प्रचालन के लिए उक्त अनुसूची के कॉलम (4 ) , ( 5 ) , (6 ) तथा ( 7 ) में क्रमशः उल्लिखित जिलों, तालुक, पुलिस स्टेशन तथा गांवों से संबंधित उक्त अनुसूची के कॉलम ( 3 ) में संगत प्रविष्टि में विनिर्दिष्ट भूमि के खंड के संबंध में उक्त अधिनियम के अंतर्गत उल्लिखित प्राधिकारियों के कार्य करने के लिए एतद्वारा सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप में प्राधिकृत करती है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 16th November , 2010
S.O. 2788 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act , 1956 (48 of 1956) , the Central Government hereby authorises the officersmentioned in column (2) of the Schedule annexed hereto as the competent authorities to perform the functions of suchauthorities under the said Act with effect from the date ofpublication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect ofthe strecth of land specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Schedule relating to districts, taluk, policesstation and villages mentioned in columns (4), (5) , (6) and (7) respectively of the said Schedule for building ( two - laning with paved shoulders ) , maintenance , management and operation of National Highway No. 75 in the State of Madhya Pradesh .
