सा.का.नि. 915 ( अ ).-लोक सभा सचिवालय की दिनांक 22-4-2010 की अधिसूचना सं. एफ. 7/52/2009 /एएन -1 ( डीएम एंड सीसी ) /जीएन -6413/2010 के अनुसरण में और 22-4-2010 की अधिसूचना सं. एफ. 7-52/ 2009/एएन -1 ( डीएम एंड सीसी ) /जीएन -6414/2010 के अधिक्रमण में लोक सभा अध्यक्ष ने शिकायत निवारण समिति का गठन किया है , जिसकी संरचना निम्नवत है :-

-सभापति श्रीमती चित्रा चोपड़ा, आई.ए.एस. ( सेवानिवृत्त )
राष्ट्रीय पिछड़ा वर्ग आयोग

2. शिकायत निवारण समिति की सभापति और सदस्यों का कार्यकाल एक वर्ष का होगा ।
3. शिकायत निवारण समिति के निदेश पद और उसका कार्यकरण दिनांक 22-4-2010 की अधिसूचना सं. एफ. 7/52 /2009 /एएन- I (डीएम एंड सीसी ) /जीएन-6413 में अंतर्विष्ट उपबंधों द्वारा शासित होंगे ।
4. वर्तमान समिति कार्य स्थल पर लोक सभा सचिवालय की महिला कर्मियों के यौन उत्पीड़न के सभी मामलों पर विचार करेगी ।
5. यह आदेश तत्काल प्रभाव से लागू होगा ।

G.S.R. 915 ( E ) .- In pursuance of the Lok Sabha Secretariat Notification No. F. 7/ 52/ 2009 / AN - I ( DM & CC)/ GN -6413 /2010 dated 22-4-2010 and in supersession of Notification No.F. 7 / 52 /2009/ AN - I ( DM & CC)/GN - 6414/ 2010 dated 22-4-2010 , the Speaker is pleased to constitute the Complaints Committee with the following composition :--

2. The term of Members of the Complaints Committee including the Chairperson will be one year .
3.The terms of reference of the Complaints Committee as well as its functioning will be governed by the provisions contained in the Notification No.F. 7 / 52 /2009 /AN - I ( DM & CC )/GN - 6413 dated 22-4-2010 .
4. The present Committee will deal with all cases of sexual harassment of women employees of the Lok Sabha Secretariat at workplace .
5. This Order shall come into force with immediate effect .
