The Govt. of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, New Delhi,under the clause (a) of section 152 of the Customs Act, 1962(52 of 1962),the area under Survey No. 8/2F and 8/3D in Veppampattu village, Thiruvallore Distt. Tamil Nadu is hereby declared to be a Warehousing Station under Section 9 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) for the limited purpose of setting up of 100 per cent Export Oriented Undertaking as approved by the Development Commissioner, MEPZ, Chennai.
