आ.अ. 46(अ).-लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का43 ) की धारा 22 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) की शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत निर्वाचन आयोग एतद्वारा 27 - बांका संसदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के उप- चुनाव के दौरान मतों की गणना में रिटर्निंग आफिसर की सहायता करने के लिए , बिहार राज्य के संसदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों में सहायक रिटर्निंग आफिसरों की नियुक्ति से संबंधित , समय- समय पर यथासंशोधित , अपनी अधिसूचना संख्या 434/बिहार- लो.स. /2009 (2 ) , दिनांक 26 फरवरी , 2009 में, निम्नलिखित संशोधन करता है; अर्थात्:- उक्त अधिसूचना के संलग्न सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) में , मद संख्या 27- बांका के सामने विद्यमान प्रविष्टियों के अतिरिक्त निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां और जोड़ी जाएंगी :-

उक्त निर्वाचन क्षेत्र में सहायक रिटर्निंग आफिसर के रूप में उपर्युक्त अधिकारी की नियुक्ति संबंधित निर्वाचन क्षेत्र में मतों की गणना सफलतापूर्वक सम्पन्न होने पर प्रभावी नहीं रहेगी ।

ELECTION COMMISSION OF INDIA NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 20th November , 2010
O.N. 46(E ). In pursuance of the provisions of sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 22 of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 (43 of 1951 ) , the Election Commission of India hereby makes the following amendment in its Notification No. 434/BR - HP/2009 (2), dated 26th February , 2009 as amended from time to time , relating to appointment of Assistant Returning Officers of Parliamentary Constituencies , to assist the Returning Officer in counting of votes during Bye Election to the 27 -Banka Parliamentary Constituency .
In column (2) of the Table appended to the said notification against item No. 27-Banka , the following entries shall be added :-
