सा.का.नि. 920 (अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार , केन्द्रीय औद्योगिक सुरक्षा बल नियम, 2001 के नियम 3 , 4 , 19 और नियम 20 के साथ पठित केन्द्रीय औद्योगिक सुरक्षा बल अधिनियम , 1968 ( 1968 का 50 ) की धारा 22 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय औद्योगिक सुरक्षा बल ( अपर महानिदेशक और अपर उप- महानिदेशक) भर्ती नियम, 2007 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है , अर्थात्:---
1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम केन्द्रीय औद्योगिक सुरक्षा बल ( अपर महानिदेशक और अपर उप-महानिदेशक ) संशोधन भर्ती नियम , 2010 है ।
( 2 ) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. केन्द्रीय औद्योगिक सुरक्षा बल ( अपर महानिदेशक और अपर उप - महानिदेशक ) भर्ती नियम , 2007 में :-
(क) प्रारंभिक भाग में, और अपर उप महानिदेशक शब्दों का लोप किया जाएगा ;
(ख) नियम 1 के उप- नियम ( 1 ) में , और अपर उप महानिदेशक शब्दों का लोप किया जाएगा ;
(ग) नियम 2 , और इसके पार्श्व शीर्षक में , " वेतनमान " शब्दों के स्थान पर " वेतन बैंड और ग्रेड वेतन या वेतनमान " शब्द रखे जाएंगे ।

(घ) अनुसूची के स्तंभ 4 में :-
(i) " वेतनमान " शीर्षक के स्थान पर " वेतन बैंड और ग्रेड वेतन या वेतनमान " शीर्षक रखा जाएगा ;
(ii) " 22400-525-24500 रु. " प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर " एच.ए.जी. 67000 रु. ( 3 प्रतिशत की दर पर वार्षिक वेतन वृद्धि) -79000 रु. " प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी ।

टिप्पणी : मूल नियम अधिसूचना सं. सा.का.नि. 682 ( अ ) दिनांक 30 अक्तूबर , 2007 द्वारा भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण , भाग II , खंड 3 , उप- खंड ( i ) में प्रकाशित किए गए थे और तत्पश्चात् सा.का.नि. 716 ( अ ) दिनांक 1 अक्तूबर , 2009 द्वारा संशोधित किए गए ।

G.S.R. 920 (E) . In exercise ofthe powers conferred by Section 22 of the Central Industrial Security ForceAct , 1968 ( 50 of 1968 ) , read with rules 3 , 4, 19 and 20 of the Central Industrial Security Rules , 2001 , the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Central Industrial Security Force (Additional Director General and Additional Deputy Inspector General) Recruitment Rules , 2007, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement . ( 1 ) These rules may be called the Central Industrial Security Force (Additional Director General and Additional Deputy Inspector General ) Amendment Recruitment Rules , 2010.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Central Industrial Security Force (Additional Director General and Additional Deputy Inspector General) Recruitment Rules , 2007,--
(a) in the opening portion , the words ," and Additional Deputy Inspector General " shall be omitted;
(b) in rule 1 , in sub - rule ( 1 ) , the words, " and Additional Deputy Inspector General " shall be omitted;
(c) in rule 2 and its marginal heading , for the words ," scale of pay, the words " pay band and grade pay or pay scale shall be substituted
[PART II-SEC . 3 (1) ]
(d) in the schedule , in column 4,
(i) for the heading , " Scale of Pay " , the heading " Pay Band and Grade Pay or Pay Scale" , shall be substituted ;
(ii) for the entry, " Rs . 22400-525-24500 " , the entry "HAG Rs . 67,000 ( Annual increment @3%)- 79,000 " shall be substituted.
