सं. ईपी. 1 (4)/2010.-खाद्य निगम अधिनियम , 1964 ( 1964 का 37वां ) की धारा 45 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारतीय खाद्य निगम केन्द्र सरकार के पूर्वानुमोदन से एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित नियम बनाता है :-
( 1 ) यह विनियम भारतीय खाद्य निगम ( कर्मचारीवृन्द ) ( चौथा संशोधन ) विनियम , 2010 कहा जाएगा ।
(2) ये सरकारी राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तिथि से प्रभावी होंगे ।
2. भारतीय खाद्य निगम ( कर्मचारीवृन्द) विनियम , 1971 ( परिशिष्ट- I ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन किए गये हैं :-
( i ) कॉलम 7 की प्रतिस्थापित प्रविष्टियां निम्नलिखित पदों के लिए भर्ती नियमों की " अर्हता तथा अनुभव " :---
(क) भाग- II- सामान्य प्रशासन संवर्ग प्रबंधक (सामान्य)
बिजनेस मैनेजमेंट/ इंडस्ट्रियल रिलेशन एम सी ए में 2 वर्षीय पूर्णकालिक अथवा 3 वर्षीय अंशकालिक स्नातकोत्तर डिग्री/स्नातकोत्तर डिप्लोमा ( ख ) भाग-III- गोदाम संवर्ग
प्रबंधक ( डिपो ) / ( गोदाम ) / ( गोदी अधीक्षक ) बिजनेस मैनेजमेंट इंडस्ट्रियल रिलेशन/ एम सी ए में 2 वर्षीय पूर्णकालिक अथवा 3 वर्षीय अंशकालिक स्नातकोत्तर डिग्री /स्नातकोत्तर डिप्लोमा (ग) भाग-V-परिचालन संवर्ग प्रबंधक (परिचालन)
बिजनेस मैनेजमेंट/इंडस्ट्रियल रिलेशन/एम सी ए में 2 वर्षीय पूर्णकालिक अथवा 3 वर्षीय अंशकालिक स्नातकोत्तर डिग्री/स्नातकोत्तर डिप्लोमा

Νο . ΕΡ.1 (4)/2010.-In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 45 of the Food Corporations Act , 1964 (37 of 1964) and with the previous sanction of the Central Government, the Food Corporation of India hereby makes the following Regulations namely : ---
( 1 ) This Regulations shall be called the Food Corporation of India (Staff) ( 4th Amendment) Regulations , 2010 .
(2) They shall come into force from the date of publication in the Official Gazette .
2. The following amendments are made to the Food Corporation of India (Staff ) Regulations , 1971 (Appendix -1 ) :-
(i) Substitute entries of column 7-"Qualifications and experience " of recruitment rules for the posts mentioned in :-
Part - IH-General Administration Cadre
(a)
Manager( General )
PostGraduate Degree /Post Graduate Diploma of 2 years full time duration or 3 years part time in Business Management/ Industrial Relations/MCA.
Part- III-Godown Cadre
(b)
Manager (Depot )/(Godown/Dock Supdt .) PostGraduate Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma of 2 years full time duration or 3 years part time in Business Management/ Industrial Relations /MCA.
(c) Part-V -Movement Cadre Manager (Movement)
PostGraduate Degree /Post Graduate Diploma of 2 years full time duration or 3 years part time in Business Management / Industrial Relations /MCA .
