का.आ. 2827(अ).-यतः मै. मिकाडो रियलटर्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड, जो हरियाणा राज्य में एक निजी संगठन है , ने हरियाणा राज्य में ग्राम बेहरामपुर, जिला गुड़गांव में इलेक्ट्रोनिक हार्डवेयर , सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी एवं सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी समर्थित सेवाओं के लिए एक क्षेत्र विशिष्ट विशेष आर्थिक जोन की स्थापना हेतु विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम , 2005 ( 2005 का 28 ) ( जिसे एतपश्चात् उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है ) की धारा 3 के अंतर्गत प्रस्ताव किया था;
और यतः केन्द्र सरकार ने , विशेष आर्थिक जोन नियमावली , 2006 के नियम 8 के साथ पठित अधिनियम की धारा 4 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्रालय की दिनांक 29 अक्तूबर , 2009 की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 2724( अ ) में 11.033 हेक्टेयर के क्षेत्र को विशेष आर्थिक जोन के रूप में अधिसूचित किया;
और यतः मै. मिकाडो रियलटर्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड ने अब उक्त विशेष आर्थिक जोन में से 0.584 हेक्टेयर के क्षेत्र को अनधिसूचित करने का प्रस्ताव किया और केन्द्र सरकार ने उक्त प्रस्ताव पर विचार करके उसे स्वीकृति प्रदान कर दी है ;
और यतः केन्द्र सरकार , इस बात से संतुष्ट है कि अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 8 ) के अंतर्गत अपेक्षाओं तथा अन्य संबंधित अपेक्षाओं को पूरा कर लिया गया है;
अतः अब, विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम , 2005 की धारा 4 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और

विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम , 2006 के नियम 8 के अनुसरण में केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा उक्त विशेष आर्थिक जोन में से 0.584 हेक्टेयर के क्षेत्र को अनधिसूचित करती है , जिसके परिणामतः कुल क्षेत्र 10.449 हेक्टेयर हो जाएगा , जिसमें निम्नलिखित तालिका में उल्लिखित सर्वेक्षण संख्याएं और क्षेत्र शामिल हैं, अर्थात्:

S.O. 2827 ( E) . Whereas , M/ s . Mikado Realtors Private Limited , a private organization in the State of Haryana, had proposed under Section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act , 2005 (28 of 2005) , (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) , to set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for electronic hardware, information technology and information technology enabled services at Village Behrampur, District Gurgaon in the State of Haryana;
And whereas , the Central Government, in exercise of thepowers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 4 of the

said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zone Rules , 2006, had notified an area of 11.033 hectares at above Special Economic Zone vide the Ministry of Commerce and Industry Notification Number S.O..2724(Ε) , dated 29th October, 2009;
Andwhereas , M/ s . Mikado Realtors Private Limited has now proposed for the denotification of 0.584 hectares from the above Special Economic Zone and the Central Government after considering the said proposal has accepted it;
And whereas, the Central Government isssatisfied that the requirements under sub - section (8 ) of Setioon 3 of the said Act and other related requirements are füffilled;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 4 of the

Special Economic Zones Act , 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules , 2006 , the Central Government hereby denotifics an area of 0.584 hectares , thereby making resultant area as 10.449 hectares ofthe above Special Economic Zone, comprising the survey numbers and the area given below in the table , namely:-

सं. ईपी. 1 (4)/2010.-खाद्य निगम अधिनियम , 1964 ( 1964 का 37वां ) की धारा 45 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारतीय खाद्य निगम केन्द्र सरकार के पूर्वानुमोदन से एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित नियम बनाता है :-
( 1 ) यह विनियम भारतीय खाद्य निगम ( कर्मचारीवृन्द ) ( चौथा संशोधन ) विनियम , 2010 कहा जाएगा ।
(2) ये सरकारी राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तिथि से प्रभावी होंगे ।
2. भारतीय खाद्य निगम ( कर्मचारीवृन्द) विनियम , 1971 ( परिशिष्ट- I ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन किए गये हैं :-
(i ) कॉलम 7 की प्रतिस्थापित प्रविष्टियां निम्नलिखित पदों के लिए भर्ती नियमों की " अर्हता तथा अनुभव " :-
(क) भाग- II- सामान्य प्रशासन संवर्ग प्रबंधक (सामान्य)
बिजनेस मैनेजमेंट इंडस्ट्रियल रिलेशन / एम सी ए में 2 वर्षीय पूर्णकालिक अथवा 3 वर्षीय अंशकालिक स्नातकोत्तर डिग्री/स्नातकोत्तर डिप्लोमा
(ख) भाग-III- गोदाम संवर्ग प्रबंधक ( डिपो ) / ( गोदाम) / ( गोदी अधीक्षक ) बिजनेस मैनेजमेंट/इंडस्ट्रियल रिलेशन एम सी ए में 2 वर्षीय पूर्णकालिक अथवा 3 वर्षीय अंशकालिक स्नातकोत्तर डिग्री/स्नातकोत्तर डिप्लोमा (ग ) भाग- V-परिचालन संवर्ग प्रबंधक (परिचालन)

Νο . ΕΡ.1 (4)/2010.-In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 45 ofthe Food Corporations Act, 1964 (37 of 1964) and with the previous sanction of the Central Government, the Food Corporation of India hereby makes the following Regulations namely :--
(1) This Regulations shall be called the Food Corporation of India ( Staff) ( 4th Amendment) Regulations, 2010.
(2) They shall come into force from the date ofpublication in the Official Gazette .
2. The following amendments are made to the Food Corporation of India ( Staff) Regulations , 1971 (Appendix - 1 ) :---
(i) Substitute entries of column 7 "Qualifications and experience " of recruitment rules for the posts mentioned in :--
(a) Part - II- General Administration Cadre Manager (General)
PostGraduate Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma of 2 years full time duration or 3 years part time in Business Management/Industrial Relations/MCA.
Part- III -Godown Cadre (b) Manager (Depot)/ (Godown/Dock Supdt .) PostGraduate Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma of 2 years full time duration or 3 years part time in Business Management/ Industrial Relations/MCA .
(c) Part-V -Movement Cadre Manager (Movement)
