The Central Govt. after being satisfied that for the public purpose, the land, the brief description of which is given in the Schedule below, is required for building, maintenance, management and operation of NH No. 200 on the stretch of land from Km 65.420 to Km 77.900 in the District Durg in the State of Chhattisgarh, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land.
