का.आ. 2841 (अ). दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण/ केन्द्र सरकार का दिल्ली विकास अधिनियम , 1957 की धारा 11 क के अन्तर्गत दिल्ली मुख्य योजना-2021 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करने का प्रस्ताव है , जिसे जनता की जानकारी के लिए एतद्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है । प्रस्तावित संशोधन के संबंध में यदि किसी व्यक्ति को कोई आपत्ति हो अथवा कोई सुझाव देना हो , तो वह अपनी आपत्ति/ सुझाव इस सूचना की तारीख से 30 दिनों की अवधि के अन्दर आयुक्त एवं सचिव , दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण , बी- ब्लॉक , विकास सदन , नई दिल्ली 110023 को लिखित रूप में भेज सकता है । आपत्ति करने अथवा सुझाव देने वाले व्यक्ति अपना नाम और पता भी दें ।
प्रस्तावित संशोधन

प्वाइंट ( vii ) के पश्चात् निम्न जोड़ा जाए :
1. पृष्ठ संख्या 78 पैरा 12.12.2 के अन्तर्गत विकास नियंत्रण मानक एवं अनुमेयता
(viii ) मौजूदा पेट्रोल पम्पों के मामले में , व्यावसायिक गतिविधि हेतु अधिकतम् 10 एफ ए आर के प्रावधान की अनमति केवल उन्ही ईंधन स्टेशनों/पट्रोल पम्पों को होगी जो उक्त प्वाइंट i , ii एवं iii में दिए गए नियंत्रकों के अनुरूप होंगे एवं यह अनुमति उचित शुल्क/अधिभार/ दुरूपयोग , जुर्माना एवं अन्य प्रभारों के भुगतान की शर्त केअधीन है ।

S.O. 2841 (E) . The following modification which the Delhi Development Authority/ Central Government proposes to make in the Master Plan for Delhi - 2021 under Section 11A of DD Act , 1957 is hereby published for public information. Any person having any objection or suggestion with resrespect to the proposed modification may send the objection/ suggestion in writing to the Commissioner- cum- Secretary , Delhi Development Authority , ' B ' Block, Vikas Sadan, New Delhi - 110023 within a period of thiry days from the date of this notice. The person making the objection or suggestion should also give his /her name and address .

(viii ) In case of existing petrol pumps the provision of maximum 10 FAR for commercial activity would be permissible only to those fuel stations / petrol pumps which conform to the controls given in points i , ii and iii , above subject to payment of appropriate fees /levies/ misuse, penalty and other charges .
