फा. सं 51-1/2009- रा.अ.शि.प./(मानक एवं मानदण्ड).- राष्ट्रीय अध्यापक शिक्षा परिषद् अधिनियम, 1993 ( 1993 का 73 ) के अनुभाग 32 , खंड ( 2 ) के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त अधिकार का प्रयोग करते हुए, राष्ट्रीय अध्यापक शिक्षा परिषद् ( मान्यता के मानक तथा क्रियाविधि) विनियम, 2009 का इससे आगे संशोधन करती है , जो निम्नलिखित है :
1. ( i ) ये विनियम राष्ट्रीय अध्यापक शिक्षा परिषद् ( मान्यता के मानक तथा क्रियाविधि ) ( तृतीय संशोधन ) विनियम, 2010 के रूप में जाने जाएंगे ।
( ii) ये विनियम राजपत्र में इनके प्रकाशन की तिथि से प्रवृत्तहोंगे ।
2. राष्ट्रीय अध्यापक शिक्षा परिषद् ( मान्यता के मानक तथा क्रियाविधि) विनियम, 2009 के ( इसमें आगे उल्लिखित विनियम कहा जाता है ) विनियम 7 में :-
(क) उप- विनियम ( 1 ) में शब्दों " पृथक रूप से निम्नलिखित दस्तावेजों के साथ जमा किए गए आवेदन पत्र को ही पूर्ण माना जाएगा " के स्थान पर " आवेदन पत्र निम्नलिखित दस्तावेजों के साथ आवेदन की तिथि से सात दिवस की अवधि में प्रेषित किया जाना चाहिए " प्रतिस्थापित होगा ।
(ख) उप- विनियम ( 1 -ए) के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, नामतः, -

(1) "( 1 -ए) ( i ) निम्नलिखित में से एक अथवा एक से अधिक परिस्थितियों में आवेदन पत्र सरसरी तौर पर निरस्त कर दिया जाएगा :
(अ ) राष्ट्रीय अध्यापक शिक्षा परिषद् नियम, 1997 के नियम संख्या 9 के अंतर्गत निर्धारित प्रक्रिया शुल्क ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र के जमा करने की तिथि अथवा उससे पूर्व, उपलब्ध न कराया गया हो ;
( ब) ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र जमा करने के सात दिवस में हार्डकॉपी की तीन प्रतिलिपियां प्रेषित न की गई हों ;
(स) संस्था/संस्थान द्वारा पाठ्यक्रम आवेदन की तिथि को प्रस्तुत स्वामित्व भूमि के पंजीकृत दस्तावेज की प्रतिलिपि जिसे सक्षम अधिकारी द्वारा जारी किया गया हो, के ऑनलाइन आवेदन जमा करने के सात दिवस के अंदर प्रेषित न किया गया हो ।
(ii ) उल्लिखित उप- विनियम ( i ) में वर्णित परिस्थितियों के कारण , क्षेत्रीय समिति आवेदन पत्र को निरस्त करने के कारणों को अभिलिखित करते हुए , आवेदक काआवेदन पत्र वापस करेगी तथा प्रक्रिया शुल्क को ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र जमा कराने के तीस दिवस के अंदर वापस करेगी ।
(iii) उप- विनियम ( 1 ) में क्रम संख्या ( iii ) से (vii ) तक निर्धारित दस्तावेज यदि सात दिवस के अन्दर प्रेषित न किए गए हों अथवा प्रेषित किए गए दस्तावेजों में किसी भी प्रकार की कमी पाई जाती है, उस परिस्थिति में क्षेत्रीय समिति इस प्रकार की कमी को
