का.आ. 2851 (अ). केन्द्र सरकार , विदेशी विषयक आदेश, 1948 के खण्ड 2 के उप- खण्ड ( 2 ) के अनुसरण में वरिष्ठ आप्रवासन अधिकारी , आप्रवासन ब्यूरो , हरिदासपुर को , पश्चिम बंगाल राज्य में उत्तरी 24 परगना जिला के हरिदासपुर में स्थित आप्रवासन जांच चौकी के अंतर्गत आने वाले क्षेत्रों के संबंध में उक्त आदेश के प्रयोजनों के लिए एतद्द्वारा दिनांक 1 दिसम्बर, 2010 से " सिविल प्राधिकारी " के पद पर नियुक्त करती है ।

S.O. 2851 (E). In pursuance of sub- clause (2 ) of clause 2 of the Foreigners Order , 1948 , the Central Government hereby appoints the Senior Immigration Officer, Bureau of Immigration , Haridaspur , as the " Civil Authority" for the purpose of said order for the Immigration Check Post located at Haridaspur falling under the district ofNorth 24- Parganas in the State of West Bengal with effect from 1st December, 2010.
