CORRIGENDUM
New Delhi , the 26th November , 2010
S.O. 2852 (E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 8A of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) , read with the National Highways (Collection of Fees by any Person for the Use of Section ofNational Highways /Permanent Bridge /Temporary Bridge on National Highways ) Rules , 1997, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways number S.O. 2331 (E ) , dated the 22nd September , 2010 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary , Part II, Section 3 , Sub -section ( ii), dated the 22nd September, 2010 , namely :-
In the said notification , for the letters and words " M/ s . Badarpur Faridabad Elevated Tollway Limited ", the letters and words "M/s . Badarpur Faridabad Tollway Limited " shall be substituted .
