Central Government, after being satisfied that for the public purpose, the land, the brief description which is given in the Schedule below, is required for building (widening/four-laning, etc.) maintenance, management and operation of National Highway No 112, (Bar-Bilara-Jodhpur Section), in the stretch of land from Km 36/0 to 110/0 (0/0 at Bar) in District Jodhpur, in the state of Rajasthan, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land.
