का.आ. 2875(अ). भारत के उप- राष्ट्रपति ने पंजाब विश्वविद्यालय के कुलाधिपति की हैसियत से पंजाब विश्वविद्यालय अधिनियम , 1947 के अध्याय II ( ख ) के विनियम 34 के साथ पठित उक्तअधिनियम ( पंजाब विश्वविद्यालय कैलेंडर खंड 1 , 2005 ) की धारा 13 ( 2 ) और 13 ( 3 ) द्वारा उन्हें प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , श्री नरिन्दर सिंह सिद्ध, प्राचार्य , गुरु नानक नेशनल कॉलेज , दोराहा , जिला लुधियाना को , धारा 13 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के खंड (ङ) में उल्लिखित वर्ग के अधीन , पंजाब विश्वविद्यालय की सीनेट के सामान्य अध्येता के रूप में 31 अक्तूबर , 2012 को समाप्त होने वाली सीनेट की शेष पदावधि के लिए निर्वाचित किए जाने का अनुमोदन किया है ।

S.O. 2875 (E ) .----The Vice - President of India in his capacity as the Chancellor of Panjab University has been pleased under the powers vested in him by Section 13 (2) and 13 (3 ) of the Panjab University Act , 1947 (Panjab University Calendar - Volume 1 , 2005) read with Regulation 34 of Chapter II (B) under the Act , to approve the election ofShri Narinder Singh Sidhu , Principal , Guru Nanak National College , Doraha , Distt . , Ludhiana as Ordinary Fellow of the Senate of the Panjab University under the category enumerated in Clause (e ) of Sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 13 for the remaining period of the term of the Senate ending on 31st October , 2012 .
