का.आ. 2889 ( अ ) केन्द्र सरकार , सरकारी स्थान (अप्राधिकृत अधिभोगियों की बेदखली ) अधिनियम , 1971 ( 1971 का 40 ) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा दिनांक 24 फरवरी , 1982 के सं. का.आ. 92( अ ) के अंतर्गत जारी और बाद में , दिनांक 10 मार्च , 1992 की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 199 ( अ ) द्वारा इसमें संशोधन ( प्रथम संशोधन ) किए जाने के पश्चात्, भारत सरकार के पोत परिवहन मंत्रालय ( पत्तन स्कंध ) की अधि- सूचना में , एतद्वारा , निम्नलिखित संशोधन ( दूसरा संशोधन ) करती है ।
2. उक्त अधिसूचना की तालिका के कॉलम 1 में, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टिको प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा , अर्थात्:-
" उप सचिव/उप मुख्य लेखा अधिकारी/
सचिव/उपाध्यक्ष/अध्यक्ष
मुरगाँव पत्तन न्यास , मुरगाँव (गोवा ) "
3. यह नियुक्ति, इस अधिसूचना के सरकारी राजपत्र में प्रकाशित होने की तारीख से प्रभावी होगी ।

(PORTSWING) NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 3rd December, 2010
S.O.2889(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act , 1971 (40 of 1971 ), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments (second amendment) in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Shipping ( Ports Wing) issued under No. S.O. 92 (E) dated the 24th February , 1982 and subsequent amendments (first amendment) made thereafter to it, vide Notification No. S.O. 199(E) dated 10th March , 1992.
2. In the Table to the said notification, in column 1 , the entry will be replaced by following , namely :-
"Deputy Secretary/Deputy Chief Accounts Officer/ Secretary/Deputy Chairman/ Chairman , Mormugao Port Trust , Mormugao (Goa) "
3. The said appointment shall come into effect from the date of publication of this Notification in the Official Gazette.
