फा. सं. ए-19012/1/2006- डीआरटी, श्री नरेन्द्र कुमार, पीठासीन अधिकारी, ऋण वसूली अधिकरण , लखनऊ 30 नवम्बर , 2010 ( अपराहन ) से पीठासीन अधिकारी के पद का कार्य- भार छोड़ देंगे ।
बैंकों एवं वित्तीय संस्थाओं को शोध्य ऋणों की वसूली अधिनियम, 1993 की धारा 4 की उप - धारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार, एतद्वारा , श्री बिचित्र नन्द दास , पीठासीन अधिकारी , ऋण वसूली अधिकरण , इलाहाबाद को अपने प्रभार के अतिरिक्त पीठासीन अधिकारी , ऋण वसूली अधिकरण , लखनऊ के कार्य करने के लिए प्राधिकृत करती है ।

F. No. A. - 19012/ 1 /2006- DRT . Shri Narendra Kumar , Presiding Officer , Debts Recovery Tribunal , Lucknow will demit the charge of Presiding Officer with effect from 30th November, 2010 (Α.Ν. ).
In exercise of powers conferred by Sub - section (2) of Section 4 of the Recovery of Debts Due to Banks and Financial Institutions Act, 1993 , the Central Government , hereby, authorizes Shri Bichitra Nanda Dash , Presiding Officer, Debts Recovery Tribunal , Allahabad, to discharge the functions of Presiding Officer , Debts Recovery Tribunal , Lucknow, in addition to his own charge until further orders .
