विषय: चीन जन, गण. के मूल के अथवा वहां से निर्यातित 273मि.मी. अथवा 10 इंच से अनधिक बाह्य व्यास वाले लोहे , मिश्रित अथवा गैर -मिश्रित इस्पात ( ढलवाँ लोहे से इतर ) की सीमलैस ट्यूबों , पाइपों और खोखली संरचनाओं , चाहे हॉट फिनिश्ड अथवा कोल्ड ड्रॉन या कोल्ड रोल्ड हों , के आयात से संबंधित पाटनरोधी जांच ।
सं. 14/55/2009 -डीजीएडी.-1. निर्दिष्ट प्राधिकारी द्वारा ऊपर उल्लिखित संबद्ध पाटनरोधी जांच के संबंध में दिनांक 18-11-2010 को जारी जांच समाप्ति अधिसूचना सं. 14/55/2009- डीजीएडी की ओर ध्यान आकर्षित किया जाता है।
2. टंकण में त्रुटि के कारण निम्नलिखित में आशिक संशोधन किए जाते हैं :
( i ) खण्ड क पैरा 3 क्र.सं. (xii ) , (xi ) , ( xii ) , ( xiv ) तथा ( xv ) को ( xi ) , ( xii ) , ( xiii ) , ( xiv ) , ( xv ) तथा ( xvi ) पढ़ा जाए; और
( ii ) खण्ड ग में " संस्तुति " को " आदेश " पढ़ा जाए ।

CORRIGENDUM
New Delhi , the 6th December , 2010
Subject : Anti - dumping investigation concerning imports of seamless tubes , pipes and hollow profiles of iron, alloy or non- alloy steel (other than cast iron) , whether hot finished or cold drawn or cold rolled, of an external diameter not exceeding 273 mm or 10 " , originating in or exported from China PR.
No. 14/55/2009- DGAD .- 1 . Attention is invited to the Investigation Termination Notification No. 14/55/ 2009-DGAD dated 18-11-2010 , issued by the Designated Authority, in respect of the subject anti -dumping investigation as stated above .
2. Necessitated because of typographical error , the following partial modifications are caused thereof:
(i) In Section A Para 3 , Sl . No. ( xii) , ( xi ) , ( xii) , (xiii ) , (xiv) and (xv) to be read as (xi ) , ( xii) , (xiii) , (xiv), (xv) and (xvi), and ;
(ii) In Section C the title " Recomendation" to be read as " Order" .
