सा.का.नि. 957(अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार, धन शोधन निवारण अधिनियम , 2002 ( 2003 का 15 ) की धारा66 के खण्ड ( ii ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि ऐसा लोकहित में करना आवश्यक है भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय , राजस्व विभाग की अधिसूचना सं. सा.का.नि. 381 (अ ) , तारीख 27 जून, 2006 द्वारा जो भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण , भाग II , खंड 3 , उप- खंड ( i ) में प्रकाशित की गई थी में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
G.S.R. 957 (E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( ii ) of Section 66 of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 ( 15 of 2003 ) the Central Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest to do so , hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance , Department of Revenue , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary , Part II , Section 3 , Sub- section (i ) vide number GSR 381 ( E ) , dated the 27th June , 2006 , namely :-
In the said notification, after serial number ( 14) and the entries relating thereto , the following entries shall be inserted , namely :---
उक्त अधिसूचना के क्रम सं. ( 14 ) और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां अंतःस्थापित की जाएंगी , अर्थात्:-
"( 15 ) Director General of Foreign Trade." " ( 15 ) महानिदेशक विदेश व्यापार । "

टिप्पण: मूल अधिसूचना भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खंड 3 , उप - खंड( i ) में सं. सा.का.नि. 381 ( अ ) , तारीख 27 जून , 2006 को प्रकाशित किए गए थे और तत्पश्चात् संशोधन सं. सा.का.नि. 929 (अ ) , तारीख 29 दिसम्बर , 2009 और सं. सा.का.नि. 763 ( अ ) , तारीख 15 सितम्बर , 2010 द्वारा किए गए ।
Note : The principal notification was published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary , Part II , Section 3 , Sub - section ( i ) vide number G.S.R. 381 ( E ) , dated the 27th June , 2006 and subsequently amended vide number G.S.R. 929 (E) , dated the 29thDecember , 2009 and G.S.R. 763 (E), dated the 15th September, 2010 .
