का.आ. 2901 (अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार , बीकानेर कमोडिटी एक्सचेंज लि. , बीकानेर द्वारा मान्यता के नवीकरण के लिए अग्रिम संविदा (विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1952 ( 1952 का 74 ) की धारा 5 के अंतर्गत दिए गए आवेदन पत्र पर, वायदा बाजार आयोग के परामर्श से विचार करके और यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि ऐसा करना व्यापार के हित में और लोकहित में भी होगा , एतद्वारा उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 6 के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए उक्त एक्सचेंज को20 जनवरी , 2011 से 31 मार्च, 2012 तक की अवधि के लिए ग्वारबीज में अग्रिम संविदाओं के संबंध में मान्यता का नवीकरण करती है ।
2. इसके द्वारा प्रदत्त मान्यता इस शर्त के अधीन है कि उक्त एक्सचेंज वायदा बाजार आयोग द्वारा समय - समय पर दिए जाने वाले निर्देशों का अनुपालन करेगी।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 7th December , 2010
S.O. 2901 (E ) .-The Central Government , having considered in consultation with the Forward Markets Commission, the application for renewal of recognition , made under Section 5 ofthe Forward Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1952 (74 of1952), by the Bikaner Commodity Exchange Ltd. , Bikaner and being satisfied that it would be in the interest of the trade and also in public interest so to do, hereby grants , in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 6 of the said Act , recognition to the said Exchange for a further period from 20th January, 2011 to 31st March , 2012 in respect of forward contracts in Guarseed.
2. The recognition hereby granted is subject to the condition that the said Exchange shall comply with such directions as may, from time to time , be given by the Forward Markets Commission .
