The Central Govt. declared its intention to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said notification No. S.O. 1209(E), dt. the 19 May, 2010 and No. S.O. 1562(E), dt. the 1 July, 2010 for execution, maintenance, management and operation of special railway project, namely, Deshpran-Nandigram New Line in the district of East Midnapur in the State of West Bengal.
