सा.का.नि. 963(अ).-दिनांक 4 जून , 2010 की अधिसूचना सं. एफ. 12012/1/2008 - प्रशासन में आंशिक रूप से संशोधन करते हुए भूमि संसाधन विभाग , ग्रामीण विकास मंत्रालय में श्री अनूप कुमार , अवर सचिव , भारत सरकार, को भूमि संसाधन विभाग में निष्पादित किए जाने वाले सभी विषयों के संबंध में केन्द्रीय लोक सूचना अधिकारी ( सी.पी.आई.ओ. ) के रूप में नामोदिष्ट किया जाता है । केन्द्रीय लोक सूचना अधिकारी ( सी.पी.आई.ओ. ) से सम्पर्क करने संबंधी सूचना निम्नानुसार है:-

केन्द्रीय लोक सूचना अधिकारी ( सी.पी.आई. ओ. ) सूचना चाहने वाले व्यक्तियों से प्राप्त अनुरोधों पर कार्रवाई करेंगे तथा इस प्रकार की सूचना चाहने वाले व्यक्तियों को यथोचित सहायता प्रदान करेंगे । केन्द्रीय लोक सूचना अधिकारी कर्तव्यों के उचित निर्वहन के लिए किसी भी अन्य अधिकारी , जैसा आवश्यक समझा जाए, की सहायता ले सकते हैं । ऐसे कोई भी अधिकारी , जिनसे ऊपर उल्लिखित अधिनियम के अंतर्गत सहायता की अपेक्षा की गई है, केन्द्रीय लोक सूचना अधिकारी ( सी.पी.आई.ओ. ) को सभी प्रकार की सहायता मुहैया कराएंगे और इस अधिनियम के उपबंधों के किसी भी प्रकार के उल्लंघन के मामले में ऐसे किसी अन्य अधिकारी को सूचना का अधिकार अधिनियम , 2005 की धारा 5( 5) के तहत केन्द्रीय लोक सूचना अधिकारी ( सी.पी.आई.ओ. ) के रूप में माना जाएगा ।
3. सूचना का अधिकार अधिनियम , 2005 के विभिन्न उपबंधों, विशेष रूप से धारा 25 के अनुपालन को सुनिश्चित करने के लिए , केन्द्रीय लोक सूचना अधिकारी ( सी.पी.आई.ओ. ) द्वारा उन्हें प्राप्त हुए अनुरोधों की संख्या तथा की गई कार्रवाई के संबंध में ब्यौरा रखा जाएगा ।
4. उप - महानिरीक्षक (प्रशासन ) , भूमि संसाधन विभाग , ग्रामीण विकास मंत्रालय , अधिनियम की धारा 19 ( 1 ) के अंतर्गत अपील प्राधिकारी होंगे ।

G.S.R. 963 (E ) .-In partial modification of Notification No. F - 12012 / 1 / 2008 - Admn . dated 4th June , 2010 , Shri Anoop Kumar , Under Secretary to the Government of India in the Department of Land Resources , Ministry of Rural Development is designated as Central Public Information Officer (CPIO ) in respect of the all subjects handled in the Department of Land Resources . The Central Public Information Officer ( CPIO) shall deal with requests from persons seeking information and render reasonable assistance to the persons seeking such information. The Central PIO may seek the assistance of any other officer as may be considered necessary for the proper discharge of duties . Any officer , whose assistance has been sought under the above mentioned Act, shall render all assistance to the Central PIOs and for the purposes of any contravention of the provisions of this Act , such other officer shall be treated as Central PIO under Section 5(5) of the Right to Information Act, 2005.
3. The CPIO is to maintain the details regarding the number of requests received and action taken so as to ensure compliance with the various provisions particularly section 25 of the Right to Information Act , 2005.
4. The Appellate Authority u/ s 19 ( 1 ) of the Act is DIG ( Administration ) in the Department of Land Resources , Ministry of Rural Development .
