का.आ. 2926(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, कम्पनी अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 1 ) की धारा 210 क की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत के राजपत्र असाधारण , तारीख 21 जुलाई, 2009 में प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के कॉर्पोरेट कार्य मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्याक का. आ. 1800 ( अ ) , तारीख 21 जुलाई , 2009 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में , " 20-11-2010 " अंकों के स्थान पर, जहां- जहां वे आते हैं " 31-01-2011 " अंक रखे जाएंगे ।

MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 10th December , 2010
S.O. 2926 (E) .- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 210A of the Companies Act, 1956 ( 1 of 1956) , the Central Government hereby makes thefollowing amendment in the notification of Government of India, Ministry of Corporate Affairs , published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary, dated the 21st July , 2009 vide number S. O. 1800 ( E) , dated the 21st July, 2009, namely:-
Inthe said notification for the figures "20-11-2010" wherever they occur, the figures " 31-01-2011 " shall be substituted.
