का.आ. 2928 (अ) .- केन्द्र सरकार, राष्ट्रीय सूक्ष्म , लघु और मध्यम उद्यम बोर्ड नियम , 2006 के नियम 3 के साथ पठित सूक्ष्म, लघु और मध्यम उद्यम अधिनियम, 2006 (2006 का 27 ) की धारा 3 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों, का प्रयोग करते हुए श्री ऑस्कर फर्नांडीज, संसद सदस्य, राज्य सभा को राष्ट्रीय सूक्ष्म, लघु और मध्यम उद्यम बोर्ड का सदस्य नियुक्त करती है और उक्त प्रयोजन के लिए भारत सरकार के सूक्ष्म , लघु और मध्यम उद्यम मंत्रालय के का.आ. 29( अ ) , तारीख 7 जनवरी , 2010 द्वारा जारी अधिसूचना में कोई परिवर्तन नहीं होगा ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 9th December , 2010
S.O. 2928 (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 3 of the Micro , Small and Medium Enterprises , Act, 2006 (27 of2006), read with rule 3 of the National Board for Micro , Small and Medium Enterprises , Rules , 2006, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Oscar Fernandes , Member ofParliament, Rajya Sabha to be member ofthe National Board for Micro , Small and Medium Enterprises and for the said purpose there shall be no alternation in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Micro , Small and Medium Enterprises number S.O. 29 (E) , dated the 7th January , 2010 .
