का.आ. 2930(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार , ठेका श्रम ( विनियमन और उत्सादन ) अधिनियम , 1970 ( 1970 का 37 ) की धारा 10 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सलाहकार ठेका श्रम बोर्ड से सलाह करने के पश्चात् और उक्त धारा की उप- धारा ( 2 ) में प्रगणित ठेका श्रम के लिए उपलब्ध कार्य और फायदों की शर्तों और उससे संबंधित अन्य बातों के संबंध में, राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से पारादीप पत्तन न्यास , जिला जगदीशिंघपुर ( उड़ीसा ) की बीजी स्थाई रेलवे लाइन के मरम्मत या रखरखाव के कार्य में ठेका श्रमिक के नियोजन को प्रतिषिद्ध करती है ।

New Delhi, the 13th December , 2010
S.O. 2930 (E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 10 of the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970 (37 of 1970), the Central Government , after consultation with the Central Advisory Contract Labour Board and having regard to the conditions of work and benefits provided for the contract labour and other relevant factors enumerated in sub - section (2) of the said section , hereby prohibits the employment of contract labour in the repairs or maintenance work of BG Permanent Railway Line of Paradip Port Trust, District Jagdisinghpur (Orissa ), from the date ofpublication of this notification in the Official Gazette.

का.आ. 2931 (अ) .- केन्द्रीय सरकार , ठेका श्रम ( विनियमन और उत्सादन ) केन्द्रीय नियम , 1971 के नियम 3 के साथ पठित श्रम (विनियमन और उत्सादन ) अधिनियम, 1970 ( 1970 का 37 ) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए श्री आलोक कुमार को केन्द्रीय ठेका श्रम सलाहकार बोर्ड के सदस्य के रूप में नियुक्त करती है और उस प्रयोजन के लिए भारत सरकार के श्रम और रोजगार मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्यांक का.आ. 2590 ( अ ) , तारीख 12 अक्तूबर, 2009 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना के क्रम संख्यांक ( 7 ) और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या और प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात्:-

टिप्पण : केन्द्रीय सलाहकार ठेका श्रम बोर्ड का गठन करने वाली मूल अधिसूचना भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप- खण्ड ( ii ) में अधिसूचना संख्यांक का. आ. 2590 ( अ ) , तारीख 12 अक्तूबर, 2009 द्वारा प्रकाशित की गई थी और उसमें अधिसूचना संख्यांक का.आ. 289 ( अ ) , तारीख 9 फरवरी , 2010 और का.आ. 946 ( अ ) , तारीख 23 अप्रैल , 2010 द्वारा पश्चात्वर्ती संशोधन किए गए ।
NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 13th December , 2010
S.O. 2931 (E ). In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 ofthe Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition ) Act, 1970 (37 of 1970 ) read with rule 3 of the Contract Labour ( Regulation and Abolition) Central Rules , 1971 , the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Alok Kumar as Member to the Central Advisory Contract Labour Board , and for that purpose, makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour and Employment number S.O. 2590 (E) , dated the 12th October, 2009 , namely :-
In the said notification, for serial number (7) and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted , namely :---

Note: The Principal notification constituting the Central Advisory Contract Labour Board was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary , Part II , Section 3 , Sub - section ( ii ) , vide notification number S.O. 2590 (E) , dated the 12th October , 2009 and subsequently amended vide notification number S.O. 289 (E) , dated the 9th February , 2010 and S.O. 946 ( E ) , dated the 23rd April, 2010 .
