The Central Govt. hereby constitutes The Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Tribunal consisting of Shri Justice Rajiv Sahai Endlaw, Judge of Delhi High Court, for the purpose of adjudicating whether or not there is sufficient cause of declaring the Hynniewtrep National Liberation Council (HNLC) of Meghalaya as Unlawful Association.
