का.आ. 2936(अ).- सूचना का अधिकार अधिनियम , 2005 ( 2005 का 22 ) की धारा 5 की उप- धारा ( 2 ) के अनुसरण में , तथा इस विभाग की दिनांक 16 अक्तूबर , 2009 की समसंख्यक पूर्व अधिसूचना के अधिक्रमण में, विधायी विभाग एतदद्वारा इस विभाग में कार्यरत श्रीमती शारदा जैन , अपर विधायी परामर्शी को उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनों हेतु इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित होने की तारीख से इस विभाग के लिए केन्द्रीय लोक सूचना अधिकारी के रूप में पदनामित करता है।

S.O. 2936 ( E ) . In pursuance of sub- section ( 2 ) of Section 5 of the Right to Information Act, 2005 (22 of 2005 ) , and in supersession of this Department's earlier Notification of even number dated 16th October , 2009 the Legislative Department hereby designates Smt . Sharda Jain Additional Legislative Counsel in the said Department as the Central Public Information Officer for the said Department for the purposes of the said Act with effect from the date of publication ofthis notification in the Official Gazette .

का.आ. 2937(अ).-सूचना का अधिकार अधिनियम , 2005 ( 2005 का 22 ) की धारा 19 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के अनुसरण में, तथा भारत सरकार विधि और न्याय मंत्रालय ( विधायी विभाग ) के दिनांक 9 फरवरी , 2010 के का. आ. 698 के अधिक्रमण में और उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 2 की क्लॉज ( एच ) के अर्थों में लोक प्राधिकारी होने के नाते विधायी विभाग द्वारा संयुक्त सचिव तथा विधायी परामर्शी, डॉ. संजय सिंह को इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित होने की तारीख से उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनों के लिए अपीलीय अधिकारी के रूप में एतद्वारा पदनामित किया जाता है ।

NOTIFICATION

S.O. 2937 ( E ) . In pursuance of sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 19 of the Right to Information Act, 2005 (22 of 2005 ) , and in supersession of the Government of India in the Ministry of Law and Justice (Legislative Department ) notification number S. O. 698 dated the 9th February , 2010 , the Legislative Department being a Public Authority within the meaning of clause (h ) of Section 2 of the said Act , hereby designates Dr. Sanjay Singh, Joint Secretary and Legislative Counsel in the said Department , as the Appellate Authority for the said Department for the purposes of the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notifiction in the Official Gazette .
