S.O. 2941 (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by Section (4) of the Insecticides Act, 1968 (46 of 1968) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India inthe erstwhile Ministry of Food, Agriculture , Community Development and Co- operation , number G.S.R. 301 , dated the 27th February, 1971 , namely:--
In the said notification, for item (xvi) and the entries relating thereto , the following item and entries shall be substituted, namely:--
का.आ. 2942(अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार , कीटनाशी अधिनियम, 1968 ( 1968 का 46 ) की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार के कृषि मंत्रालय , कृषि और सहकारिता विभाग की अधिसूचना सं. का. आ. 79 , तारीख 3 फरवरी , 1997 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:
"(xvi) Dr. D. Kanungo , (For a period of three years from the date of publication of this notification) . " .
