सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय अधिसूचना नई दिल्ली , 14 दिसम्बर, 2010
New Delhi, the 14th December , 2010 का.आ. 2951(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार , राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3 के खण्ड ( क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के तत्कालीन पोत परिवहन , सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय ( सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग विभाग ) की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 514(अ), तारीख 7 अप्रैल , 2006 , जो भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप - खण्ड (ii ) , तारीख 7 अप्रैल , 2006 में प्रकाशित की गई थी , में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती हैं अर्थात्:-
S.O. 2951 (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by the clause ( a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification ofthe Government of India in the then Ministry of Shipping , Road Transport and Highways (Department of Road Transport and Highways ) , number S.O. 514 ( E) , dated the 7th April, 2006 , published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary, Part II, Sectiion 3 , Sub - section ( ii) , dated the 7th April , 2006, namely :-
उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में , जिला " फरीदाबाद " से संबंधित क्रम संख्या 2 के सामने , कॉलम ( 2 ) में , प्रविष्टि " भूमि अधिग्रहण अधिकारी ( शहरी सम्पदा ) फरीदाबाद " के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि" जिला राजस्व अधिकारी , फरीदाबाद " रखी जाएगी ।
Inthe Schedule to the said notification , against serial number 2 relatingto District " Faridabad" , in column (2), for the entry " Land Acquisition Officer (Urban Estate ) , Faridabad", the entry "District Revenue Officer , Faridabad" shall be substituted .

Foot note. The principal notification was published vide S.O. 514 (E ) , dated the 7th April , 2006, in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary , Part II , Section 3 , Sub - section ( ii ) , dated the 7thApril , 2006, and subsequently amended vide S.O. No. 1672 (E) , dated the 8th July, 2009, intheGazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3, Sub-section ( ii ) , dated the 8th July, 2009.
