नई दिल्ली , 14 दिसम्बर , 2010
New Delhi , the 14th December , 2010 का.आ. 2952(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार , राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3 के खण्ड ( क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए जिला भूमि अर्जन अधिकारी , रामगढ़ , को झारखण्ड राज्य में राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या 33 के 60.00 कि.मी. से 96.00 कि.मी. ( रामगढ़ बाईपास ) तक के भूखण्ड के संबंध में बाईपासों के निर्माण सहित , यदि कोई हो, उक्त राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग के निर्माण ( चौड़ा करने/चार लेन का बनाने , आदि) , अनुरक्षण , प्रबंध और प्रचालन के लिए उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन सक्षम प्राधिकारी के कृत्यों का पालन करने के लिए इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तरीख से सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप में प्राधिकृत करती है ।
S.O. 2952 (E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) , the Central Government hereby authorises the District Land Acquisition Officer , Ramgarh as the competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette in respect of the stretch of land from km 60.00 to km 96.00 (Ramgarh Bypass ) ofNational Highways No. 33 , including construction of bypasses , if any , for building (widening/ four laning ,etc.) maintenance , management and operation ofthe said National Highway in the State of Jharkhand .
