श्रम और रोजगार मंत्रालय अधिसूचना नई दिल्ली , 15 दिसम्बर , 2010
का.आ. 2957(अ), केन्द्रीय सरकार संतुष्ट हो जाने पर कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना अपेक्षित था , औद्योगिक विवाद अधिनियम , 1947 (1947 का 14 ) की धारा 2 के खण्ड ( ढ ) के उप- खण्ड ( vi ) के उपबंधों के अनुसरण में भारत सरकार के श्रम और रोजगार मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना, दिनांक 16-06-2010 द्वारा लौह अयस्क खनन उद्योग जो कि औद्योगिक विवाद अधिनियम, 1947 ( 1947 का 14) की प्रथम अनुसूची की प्रविष्टि 16 में शामिल है , को उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनों के लिए दिनांक 18-06-2010 से छः मास की कालावधि के लिए लोक उपयोगी सेवा घोषित किया था ;
S.O. 2957 (E) . Whereas , the Central Government having been satisfied that the public interest so requires that in pursuance of the provisions of sub - clause (vi ) of the clause ( n) of Section 2 of the Industrial DisputesAct , 1947 ( 14 of 1947) , declaredby the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour and Employment, dated 16-06-2010 , the service in the Iron Ore Mining Industry which is covered by item 16 of the First Schedule to the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 ( 14 of 1947) to be a Public Utility Service for the purpose of the said Act, for a period of six months from the 18th June , 2010;
और केन्द्रीय सरकार की राय है कि लोकहित में उक्त कालावधि को छः मास की और कालावधि के लिए बढ़ाया जाना अपेक्षित है;
Andwhereas , the Central Government is of opinion that public interest requires the extension of the said period by a further period of six months ;
अतः , अब , औद्योगिक विवाद अधिनियम , 1947 ( 1947 का 14) की धारा 2 के खण्ड ( ढ ) के उप- खण्ड ( vi ) के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार उक्त उद्योग को उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनों के लिए दिनांक 18-12-2010 से छः मास की कालावधि के लिए लोक उपयोगी सेवा घोषित करती है ।
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to sub - clause ( vi ) of clause (n) of Section 2 ofthe Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (14 of 1947) , the Central Government hereby declares the said industry to be a Public Utility Service for the purposes of the said Act , for aperiod of six months from the 18th December , 2010 .
