विषय : चीन जन, गण. , यूरोपीय संघ तथा अमेरिका के मूल के अथवा वहाँ से निर्यातित " मार्फोलीन " के आयातों से संबंधित पाटनरोधी जांच की शुरुआत ।
Subject: Initiation of Anti - Dumping Duty investigation concerning imports of ' Morpholine ' originating in or exported from China PR, European Union and USA.
सं. 14/41 /2010- डीजीएडी. समय - समय पर यथासंशोधित सीमा- शुल्क टैरिफ अधिनियम, 1975 ( जिसे एतपश्चात् अधिनियम कहा गया है ) तथा उसके सीमा शुल्क टैरिफ ( पाटित वस्तुओं पर पाटनरोधी शुल्क का अभिज्ञान , आकलन एवं संग्रहण तथा क्षति का निर्धारण ) नियम , 1995 ( जिसे एतपश्चात् पाटनरोधी नियम कहा गया है ) को ध्यान में रखते हुए निर्दिष्ट प्राधिकारी ने दिनांक 7 दिसम्बर, 2010 की अधिसूचना सं. 14/41/2010 -डीजीएडी को अधिसूचित किया है ।
F. No. 14/41/2010- DGAD. Having regard to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 as amended from time to time (hereinafter referred to as the Act ) and the Customs Tariff ( Identification , Assessment and Collection of Anti-Dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury ) Rules, 1995, (hereinafter referred to as the AD Rules ) thereof; the Designated Authority has notified the Initiation Notification No. 14/41/2010- DGAD , dated 7th December , 2010.
दिनांक 7 दिसम्बर , 2010 की उपर्युक्त अधिसूचना में जाँच की अवधिसे संबंधित पाटनरोधी अधिसूचना के पैरा 11 को संशोधन के पश्चात् निम्नानुसार पढ़ा जाएगा :-
Inthe aforesaid Notification dated 7th December , 2010, para 11 of the Initiation Notification relating to Period of Investigation is rectified to read as follows :-

11. वर्तमान जाँच के प्रयोजनार्थ जांच की अवधि ( पी ओ आई ) 1 जुलाई , 2009 से 30 जून 2010 तक ( 12 माह ) है । तथापि, क्षति जाँच अवधि में अप्रैल , 2007-मार्च, 2008 , अप्रैल, 2008- मार्च , 2009 , अप्रैल , 2009-मार्च , 2010 तथा जाँच अवधि शामिल होगी । वास्तविक क्षति के खतरे के लिए जाँच अवधि से आगे के भी आंकडों की जाँच की जाएगी ।
11. The period of investigation (POI ) for the purpose of present investigation is 1st July, 2009 to 30th June , 2010 ( 12 months ) . The injury investigation period will however cover the periods April , 2007- March , 2008 , April , 2008-March , 2009 , April, 2009-- March, 2010 and the POI . For threat of material injury, the data beyond the POI would also be examined.
