का.आ. 2964(अ).-विधि विरुद्ध क्रियाकलाप (निवारण ) अधिनियम , 1967 (1967 का 37 ) की धारा 5 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार यह निर्धारित करने के लिए कि क्या नेशनल डेमोक्रेटिक फ्रंट आफ बोरोलैंड (एन डी एफ बी ) को विधि- विरुद्ध संगम घोषित करने के लिए पर्याप्त कारण विद्यमान हैं अथवा नहीं, एतद्वारा , दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय के न्यायाधीश न्यायमूर्ति श्री पी. के. भसीन की अध्यक्षता में एक "विधि-विरुद्ध क्रियाकलाप ( निवारण ) अधिकरण " का गठन करती है ।

S.O. 2964(E) .-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (1) of Section 5 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act , 1967 ( 37 of 1967) , the Central Government hereby constitutes " The Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Tribunal " consisting of Shri Justice Р.К. Bhasin , Judge of Delhi High Court , for the purpose of adjudicating whether or not there is sufficient cause of declaring the National Democratic Front of Boroland (NDFB) ofAssam as Unlawful Association .
