No. 124/2010- Customs
नई दिल्ली, 15 दिसम्बर , 2010 सं. 124/2010-सीमा-शुल्क
G.S.R. 977( E) .- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 25 of the Customs Act , 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Government , being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India , in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 97/2009- Customs , dated the 11th September, 2009 published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 , Sub- section (i) vide number G.S.R. 663 (E), dated the 11th September , 2009, namely :-
सा.का.नि. 977(अ).-सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 25 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार , इस बात से संतुष्ट होते हुए कि ऐसा करना सार्वजनिक हित में आवश्यक है, भारत सरकार, वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) अधिसूचना सं. 97/2009- सीमा- शुल्क, दिनांक 11 सितम्बर , 2009 जिसे सा.का.नि. 663 ( अ ) , दिनांक 11 सितम्बर, 2009 के तहत् भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खंड 3 , उप -खंड (i ) में प्रकाशित किया गया था , में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, यथा :-
In the said notification, in para 2, for the figures , letters and words " 31st day of December, 2010" the figures , letters and words " 30th day of June, 2011 " shall be substituted .
उक्त अधिसूचना में , पैरा 2 में, अंक , अक्षर और शब्दों " 31 दिसम्बर , 2010 " के स्थान पर अंक, अक्षर और शब्द" 30 जून, 2011 " प्रतिस्थापित किये जाएंगे ।

Note: The principal notification No. 97/2009 - Customs , dated the 11th September , 2009 was published in the Gazette of India Extraordiary, Part II , Section 3, Sub- section (i ), vide number G.S.R. 663 (E) , dated the 11th September , 2009 and was last amended by notiftication No. 93/2010 - Customs , dated the 14th September , 2010 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 , Sub- section (i), vide number G.S.R. 753 (E), dated the 14th September, 2010.
टिप्पण :-प्रधान अधिसूचना सं. 97/2009- सीमा- शुल्क, दिनांक 11 सितम्बर , 2009 को सा.का.नि. 663 ( अ ) , दिनांक 11 सितम्बर, 2009 के तहत भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, के भाग II , खंड 3 , उप- खंड (i ) में प्रकाशित किया गया था और इसमें अंतिम बार अधिसूचना सं. 93/2010- सीमा- शुल्क, दिनांक 14 सितम्बर, 2010 जिसे सं. सा. का. नि. 753(अ) , दिनांक 14 सितम्बर , 2010 के तहत् भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण , के भाग II , खंड 3 , उप -खंड (i) में प्रकाशित किया गया था , के द्वारा संशोधन किया गया था ।
