No. 01/91/180/879/ AM 08 /Export Cell/Pt .-In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 2.1 , 2.4 and 2.29 of the Foreign Trade Policy , 2009-2014 , Director General of Foreign Trade hereby allocates a total quantity of 8,200 MTs of Raw Sugar, H.S. Code No. 17010000 [ in the Schedule 2 of ITC (HS) Classification of Export & Import Items ] (at 98 degree Pol ) out of non - levy (free sale ) quota of 2010-2011 (October 2010 to September 2011 ) for export under tariff rate qouta to USA for the US fiscal year 2011 ( October 1, 2010 to September 30, 2011) through M/s . Indian Sugar Exim Corporation Ltd. , New Delhi .
सं. 18 ( आर ई -2010 )/2009-2014 फा. सं. 01/91/ 180/879 /एएम 08 /एक्सपोर्ट सैल/पार्ट. विदेश व्यापार नीति, 2009-2014 के पैराग्राफ 2.1 , 2.4 और 2.29 के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए महानिदेशक , विदेश व्यापार, एतद्वारा , मैसर्स इण्डियन शूगर एग्जिम कारपोरेशन लिमिटेड , नई दिल्ली के माध्यम से संयुक्त राज्य वित्तीय वर्ष 2011 ( 1 अक्तूबर , 2010 से 30 सितम्बर , 2011 ) हेतु संयुक्त राज्यअमेरिका को प्रशुल्क दर कोटे के तहत निर्यात के लिए 2010-2011 (अक्तूबर, 2010 से सितम्बर , 2011 ) के गैर- लेवी ( मुक्त बिक्री ) कोटे से खाँड ( रॉ शूगर ) , एच एस कोड सं. 17010000 [ निर्यात और आयात मदों के आईटीसी ( एच एस ) वर्गीकरण की अनुसूची-2 ] में (98 डिग्री पोल पर ) की 8,200 मी.टन की कुल मात्रा आबंटित करने हैं ।
2. The existing procedure in respect of preferential sugar export to USA for issue of GSP certificate as well as other certification requirement , if any, prescribed specifically for export of sugar to USA shall continue to be followed.
2. जी एस पी प्रमाण- पत्र जारी करने के लिए संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिका को तरजीही चीनी निर्यात के संबंध में मौजूदा प्रक्रिया के साथ- साथ अन्य प्रमाणन आवश्यकताएँ, यदि संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिका को चीनी के निर्यात हेतु विशेष रूप से निर्धारित की गई हो , उसका अनुपालन जारी रहेगा।
