The Central Govt. after being satisfied that for the public purpose, the land, the brief description of which is given in the Schedule annexed hereto, is required for execution, maintenance, management and operation of Special Railway Project, namely, Bowaichandi-Arambagh (31 Km.) New Line in the district of Hooghly and Barddhaman in the State of West Bengal, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land.
