The Central Govt, after being satisfied that for the public purpose, the land, the brief description of which is given in the Schedule annexed hereto, is required for execution, maintenance, management and operation of Special Railway Project namely Machlandapur to Swarupnagar (14.036 km.) New Line from chainage 4.00 km. to 13.956 Km. in the district of 24 Parganas (North) in the State of West Bengal, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land.
