विषय : विदेश व्यापार महानिदेशालय के पास कॉटन निर्यात संविदाओं के पंजीकरण के संबंध में ।
का.आ. 2975 (अ).-विदेश व्यापार नीति, 2009-2014 के पैरा 2.1 के साथ पठित विदेश व्यापार ( विकास और विनियमन ) अधिनियम, 1992 ( 1992 की संख्या 22 ) की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा , तत्काल प्रभाव से , अधिसूचना सं. 6 (आर ई-2010 )/2009-2014 दिनांक 30-9-2010 के साथ पठित अधिसूचना संख्या 58 /2009-2014 दिनांक 17-8-2010 की क्रम संख्या 161क [ आईटीसी (एचएस ) वर्गीकरण ] में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है :-

3. इस अधिसूचना का प्रभाव :
कॉटन ( प्रशुल्क कोड -5201 , 5202 और 5203 ) की निर्यात संविदाएं , अब विदेश व्यापार महानिदेशालय द्वारा पंजीकृत की जाएंगी । पहले ऐसे पंजीकरण वस्त्र आयुक्त, मुम्बई के पास थे ।

Subject : Registration of contracts for export of cotton by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade-Regarding .
S.O. 2975 ( E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade ( Development and Regulation ) Act , 1992 (No. 22 of 1992 ) read with para 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy , 2009-2014 , the Central Government hereby makes , with immediate effect, the following amendments in respect of Sl. No. 161A ITC ( HS ) Classification ] in the Notification No. 58 /2009-2014 dated 17th August , 2010 read with Notification No. 6 ( RE - 2010 )/ 2009-2014 dated 30th September , 2010 .
2. The existing entries of Notification No. 58 / 2009-2014 dated 17th August , 2010 read with Notification No. 6 (RE - 2010)/2009-2014 dated 30th September , 2010 are substituted as follows: -

The contracts for export of cotton shall be registered with the Directorate General of Foreign Trade prior to shipment , Clearance ofcotton consignments by Customs should be after verifying that the contracts have been registered .
The export contracts of cotton ( Tariff Codes 5201 , 5202 and 5203 ) will now be registered by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade . Earlier , such registration were with Textile Commissioner , Mumbai .
