फा. सं. ए-19012/6/2006- डीआरटी, बैंकों और वित्तीय संस्थाओं को शोध्य ऋणों की वसूली अधिनियम , 1993 की धारा 4 की उप - धारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार , एतद्वारा , श्री वी . एस. रवि , पीठासीन अधिकारी , ऋण वसूली अधिकरण- I , चैन्नै को तत्काल प्रभाव से तीन महीनों की अवधि के लिए या अगले आदेशों तक, इनमें से जो भी पहले हो , अपने कार्यभार के अतिरिक्त, ऋण वसूली अधिकरण , विशाखापट्टनम के पीठासीन अधिकारी के कार्यों का भी निर्वहन करने के लिए प्राधिकृत करती है ।

No. A. - 19012/6/ 2006 - DRT .-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (2) of Section 4 of the Recovery of Debts Due to Banks and Financial Institutions Act, 1993 , the Central Government hereby authorizes Shri V. S. Ravi , Presiding Officer, Debts Recovery Tribunal - I , Chennai , to discharge the functions of Presiding Officer , Debts Recovery Tribunal , Visakhapatnam , in addition to his own charge with immediate effect for a period ofthree months or until further orders , whichever is earlier.
